East Falls is a small neighborhood in the northwest region of the city of Philadelphia. It is an historic area where many famous people have chosen to live. Luxury homes are available here, and the real estate is rising in value. The district lies adjacent to the neighborhoods of Germantown, Manayunk, and Roxborough, each of which has its own special flavor.
