About Daniel Evenchen

Daniel graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he studied International Marketing and Business Administration. Early in his real estate career, Daniel worked in his family’s business, focusing on restorations and renovations along with home resales throughout Europe and the United States. He has worked in the real estate industry for over twenty years and in real estate sales for over ten years.

 

For Daniel, helping his clients achieve their real estate goals is the most gratifying aspect of his work. For over a decade, he has been honing his skills as an investor and property manager, gaining expertise in buying and selling Philadelphia homes. His skills and knowledge allow him to assist buyers, sellers, investors, and developers with all of their real estate needs, and he is equipped to guide transactions smoothly and seamlessly from beginning to end.

 

Daniel loves Philadelphia, especially its walkability, affordability, and all of the opportunities for growth that it offers. He is a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan and loves to travel with his family.
