About Arvind Balaji

Arvind brings an uncommon 360° view of Philadelphia real estate to every client and every deal. Before joining The McCann Team, he spent years in new construction brokerage — from working at large national builders to boutique real estate developers — he even served as Broker of Record and Director of Sales for a luxury development firm in Center City. That experience shaped his approach today: he doesn’t just sell new homes, he understands them down to the studs.

Developers rely on Arvind for more than sales. He helps them see the full potential and entire scope of their projects — from revising floor plans to finish selections that drive real buyer demand. His eye for materials, proportional design, and what buyers actually respond to has helped bring hundreds of homes to market with remarkable success.

Arvind now lives in Northern Liberties with his wife, Sofia, and their two rescue dogs, Chiqui and Kushi. When he’s not strategizing with developers or walking clients through a site, he can be found eating his way through Philadelphia’s ever-evolving restaurant scene or daydreaming about the farm he’ll one day fill with rescue animals.
