Get ready to ride – Indego’s Philly Bike Share officially hits the streets this spring!
Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! Philly is about to get a lot more bicycle friendly! Thanks to careful planning by the City of Philadelphia, a new bike share system, Indego, is set to launch in late spring 2015! The program will offer affordable monthly memberships and 60 rental stations with over 600 B-cycle bikes, all over the city. The serving area reaches all over the grid, from the Delaware River to West Philadelphia and from South Philly to Temple University’s main campus.
This easy-to-use program is set up to make Philadelphians a lot more mobile, whether they are commuting, exploring, or just going for a leisurely ride. Who knows, we may even see some real estate agents cycling around soon!
