Personal History
I grew up in Queen Village. My mom was a realtor and I grew up watching her help people buy and sell properties. She always looked like she was having so much fun and developed great personal relationships with her clients. It looked like so much fun that I thought I should try it to! Growing up in Center City, I had the amazing opportunity of watching the city flourish and the neighborhoods improve and thrive. Now my children get to grow up here and enjoy all of the amazing things the city has to offer!
Why Real Estate?
I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their goals. From someone purchasing a first home, an investor adding to his portfolio, or a seller moving on to new opportunities, I enjoy helping people through the process. I enjoy empowering my clients with the tools and information they need to make informed decisions.
Also, I love everything about Philly. I love how the city has evolved into this vibrant and exciting city full of great neighborhoods. I love exploring the fantastic restaurants, arts, shops, and museums. There are so many people doing such interesting and exciting things! Every day brings new and exciting challenges in this field!
Off The Job
When I’m not working I’m spending time with my two young children, often at one of the amazing family friendly attractions in Center City like the Please Touch Museum, Academy of Natural Science, children’s programs at The Art Museum, The Oval, picnics at The Azalea Garden or surrey rides on Kelly Drive.
Success Tips
Work hard, be available to help before, during, and after a transaction, and be worthy of the trust of your clients. It’s also important to realize that you won’t have every answer but you can find them if you ask the question!
There have been some challenging ups and downs in the market since I became a realtor but I found that if you keep working hard then you overcome the challenging times. I always remain dedicated to my clients and commitments and remain responsive to questions and concerns. It is important to stay focused and bring a caring attitude into your work. Of course, always work as hard and diligently as possible.
What’s next?
I plan to grow my business by attracting new clients and working with referrals from past clients. My plan is to offer every client the dedicated guidance and support they need and deserve throughout the home buying or selling process. If every client sends me at least one buyer or seller referral, I will have succeeded in reaching my goal!
