What impressed me most was a simple act--when he came to look at my place, my dad was working on a clog. Paul went back to his car to grab a tool for my dad to use. That in and of itself spoke volumes b\/c it was not something he needed to do\/offer. In Paul's first visit, he was helpful in taking photos of the things he felt I should fix. Paul didn't recommend atrociously expensive changes (a couple other realtors recommended changes upwards of $3-5K, including staging) but did make note of some things he knew would not pass inspection. He was pragmatic and nailed the price point for me -- this was a third attempt at selling and had I sold a year ago, I would have sold it for significantly less. I had no offers in any of my previous tries; Paul had actually shown my place before and knew what the challenges to selling my place would be (small living room)--we had an offer in less than a month, and closed within 2.5 months of listing. I was selling from out of town so he handled the closing for me, and wire was rc'd w\/o any complications. Things to keep in mind about the team though: open houses are not typically handled by your own agent, but you do get feedback within 24 hours from the company about people who came by\/feedback. Also, the company has a great app for your phone to keep track of open houses and appts. Overall, a good experience and I would highly recommend Paul.
