We are pleased to announce that HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has acquired the assets of Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS® and The Trident Group! Although nothing will change until November 2013, I wanted you to hear about it directly from me.
With this transition, we will continue to provide the same quality of services and areas of expertise. I look forward to discussing this change more in depth with you, although I would like to point out what will not change:
- All agents have retained their current roles. You will be represented by the same professional Mike McCann Team agent!
- All Five Star services that we have provided the past will continue to be offered alongside our new partners.
- Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS® will remain operating under its existing name until November 11, 2013 when the name will change to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® and the Trident Group.
- Our fee structure will not change.
