Extra, Extra! The Philadelphia Film Festival is about to kick off and you do not want to miss a minute of this action. With awesome parties, guest appearances and over one hundred movies from around the world, prepare for some silly, suspenseful and sophisticated fun!
The festival began on Thursday, October 16th with a screening of Birdman by director Alejandro G. Iñárritu, followed by a rockin’ opening night party, all happening at the Kimmel Center. But don’t worry, you haven’t missed the fun! Highlights of the festival include a food and beverage tasting at Festival Lounge, an exclusive breakfast with famous puppeteer Carrol Spinney (of Sesame Street fame!) and, of course, dozens of film screening all around Philly. The festival won’t stop until Friday, October 24th when it will wind down with a closing night party and award show.
