Evangeline is an associate on the McCann team specializing in Luxury New Construction alongside Jim Onesti and Arvind Balaji. Evangeline holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Temple Universities’ FOX School of Business and, at the time, was the youngest graduate at only 19 years old. Following graduation, she worked alongside the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Penn National Gaming/Barstool Sports, where she successfully built the financial infrastructure and launched the Barstool Sportsbook, Absolute Games, and Hollywood Casino. Post-Penn, Evangeline transitioned into business and financial consulting across different sectors, but found her niche in working with real estate developers. Her focus was on helping firms and individuals build robust financial models to analyze and evaluate investment decisions. She is thrilled to continue her career in real estate by now helping her clients on the sales side!
