With over 14 years of Real Estate sales experience, a degree in marketing and a designation as Certified Negotiation Expert, Carmel has everything it takes to ensure a successful real estate experience. She sells in both Center City as well as the suburbs of Montgomery County and will soon have her NJ license to be able to sell at the beach! She is a longtime resident of Philadelphia, originally from Abington PA. She graduated from Philadelphia University in 2000 and also attended programs at Wharton Business School. She currently lives in Wyndmoor with her husband, Dale Archdekin who is a Real Estate Coach and their two children Adrian and Evyn and a recent addition, rescue dog Pepper.
