From the start,I was sure that Mike McCann would do the best job. It was good that he kept in touch at all times. Whenever I contacted him he got back fast with the answer…….even late in the evening! He and his team were always there. He took charge and kept me from worrying. You can have confidence in Mike and his team.

Andrea Boelter was a fabulous Realtor. She stayed with us for several months till we and she knew what we wanted. Even though we found the unit on the Delaware river that we wanted we were glad to bring her in on the deal and close it for us. She did a superb job from start to finish and I was glad to do a brief video of her talents. We have recommended her to others and to our children and we would certainly use her again.

Rich Fravel is knowledgeable, responsive, and very easy to work with. He knew the neighborhood and the ins and outs of buying a house, took time to explain contracts and answer questions, and coordinated the moving parts so we didn’t have to worry about timing. As a first-time homebuyer, the intricacies of the process can make you anxious—having Rich seemingly always available by phone and text made a huge difference.
