Things that Go Vroom: The Philadelphia Auto Show Now Running!

The Philadelphia Auto Show is going on now! Presenting over 700 vehicles and the latest creations of 2013, this event will feature some of the most exotic, luxurious, and sophisticated cars on the market today. To be precise, there will be over 600,000 square feet covered with cars, organized in various sizzling categories. Definitely one of Philadelphia’s most engaging events, this annual tradition is suitable for audiences of all ages. Plus, whether you’re looking to buy a new vehicle for your family or you just want to eye the stunning models, this show is your opportunity to have some real fun!

Apart from the plethora of amazing cars, you’ll also have a chance to take a glimpse at several 2014 models that will soon be released. No matter if you’re a fan of classic cars or you want to admire the latest eco-friendly cars, the Auto Show will certainly exceed your expectations. For added interactive excitement, test-drive the Escalade, Cadillac, CTS-V Sedan, ATS and other models!

Don’t forget about the face-off!

One of the most awaited competitions at the show is hands down the Face-Off. Engines will run high in this match as the Camaro and Local Mustang clubs fight to win the people’s votes. As rules have it, both clubs will exhibit their most precious jewels. After analyzing both displays, the audience will be required to cast their votes. The club that gathers the most points wins the competition and takes home the highly coveted title. (The Face-Off will take place in rooms 201 and 204, and is positioned between Grand Hall and Exhibit Hall.)

Fine Print

Scheduled to last for 9 days, the show will take place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (located at 1101 Arch Street in Center City) and will be an excellent event for both locals and tourists looking to have some fun in Philly. Throughout the weekend the show will be open from 9 a.m. and on weekdays you can attend the show starting from 12 at noon. Adult tickets are priced at $12 per ticket, while seniors and children will pay only $6.  For more info, click HERE.
